What size is the towel?
The XL towel size is 24" × 36".
Is this towel good for glass and mirrors?
Yes — it works great on windows, mirrors, and glass. Use a clean/drier side for the best streak-free finish.
Will it scratch my paint?
The towel is designed to be soft and paint-safe when used properly. For best results:
Use on a clean surface
Avoid dragging the towel if it has picked up debris
Use light pressure and keep the towel clean
How do I wash and care for the towel?
For best performance:
Machine wash cold or warm (gentle cycle)
Use mild detergent
No fabric softener (reduces absorbency)
No bleach
Air dry or tumble dry low
Tip: wash separately from lint-heavy fabrics.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact page.
To help us resolve it fast, include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A short video showing the issue (required for most claims)
If approved, we'll provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong orders, or normal wear and tear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after purchase. Please double-check your address and selection before placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship quickly after processing. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
